Hotel Kaijoo By Happyculture, Strasbourg

I was really disappointed with this hotel. The room looked like it was thrown together, no proper lighting, and definitely not worth the advertising claim of having AC. However, it did have everything we needed for a one-night stay, which was somewhat redeeming.

The hotel is conveniently located at the beginning of Petit France, offering easy access to all the major attractions in the historic center and just minutes away from the train station. The rooms, although a bit old, are spacious enough for a family with 2 adults and 3 kids. The noise from the street and tramway could be bothersome at times, but overall, it's a suitable choice for a family stay.

The hotel is situated right near Petite France, offering dark rooms with bunk beds for the kids. While the pictures may have seemed misleading during booking, the hotel's location is excellent whether you're in Strasbourg for business or pleasure. The service was noted to differ significantly, ranging from slightly rude staff to friendly and efficient service. The dining experience, when compared with the price and category, was described as standard European fair but well prepared. Overall, the hotel boasts a superb location in the city center, only a short walk to everywhere in the old city.

The dining experience had its highs and lows, as while the breakfast exceeded my expectations, it felt a bit overpriced. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, though nothing particularly stood out.
